£40 supports a young musician to attend an induction day on the skills and knowledge they need to work in diverse community settings
£2,000 enables a young musician to be supported for a year by a mentor who is experienced in working with LMN's communities £4,000 enables 8 young musicians to undertake 10 in-depth training sessions on working with older people, young children, people with special needs, young offenders/prisoners and patients. £40,000 pays for the training of an intake of 30 young musicians who in turn will support more than 20,000 people throughout their average of 3 years with LMN
