£26 can help a musician encourage one immobile older person in a care home to respond physically to live music. £400 supports an event in which 15 chair-bound older people move more freely and enhance their physical well-being through live music. £4000 enables 15 older people in a care home to bond socially over 10 events, enjoying and responding to musical memories.

Live Music Now and the Musicians Benevolent Fund are working together to enhance the lives of musicians – both young and old – with their innovative Adopt-a-Musician scheme.  This scheme will celebrate St. Cecilia (the patron saint of music) and respond to Older People's Day.
