Live Music Now Ireland, established in 1994 in Northern Ireland, is one of Live Music Now's nine independent branches across the UK, but also extends throughout the island of Ireland.

We promote young professional musicians and bring live music to people with limited access in venues such as hospitals, hospices, prisons, special schools, care homes and day centres.

Throughout the year we provide concerts and workshops in these venues to people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. In addition, we develop larger scale special projects, including the commissioning of new works such as Brian Irvine's A Marvellous Medicine, Peter Morgan Barnes's The Vikings and The Impostor, Intercultural projects, Music and the Deaf, Musical Memories and Musical Storytimes which featured at the Belfast Festival in 2009.

We are also committed to develop and train a resource of musicians from Ireland with specialist skills in music outreach and offer Training and Development Support.
