The LMN London branch covers the 32 London boroughs and counties of South East England and East Anglia. There are over 180 top young musicians, covering all musical genres based in the region, and LMN London aims to support their developing careers by offering support, training, performance and project opportunities. Currently the branch has active contact with around 700 venues across the region and aims to reach as many of those as possible on a regular basis.

As well as providing around 500 interactive live music performances annually in a wide variety of community settings LMN London is running several major projects including its City Bridge Trust project which delivers 60 performances a year to older people in selected venues across London and a BBC Children in Need project providing regular performances in Sussex special schools. The branch organises regular programmes of music for many of the London hospitals, totalling around 120 sessions a year. LMN London also works with several Festivals across the region who offer LMN musicians performance opportunities on both the concert platform and associated outreach work. The branch is developing work in prisons and pupil referral units, most recently delivering three morning workshops at Wormwood Scrubs as part of Adult Learners Week. Future plans include several long term projects and collaborations including a Dementia Project in association with Nightingale House.
