LMN Yorkshire & Lincolnshire covers both these counties, from the North York Moors to the Lincolnshire Fens, and the East Coast to the Pennines. Situated half way between London and Scotland, LMN Yorkshire & Lincolnshire is able to draw on the pools of musicians based in these centres enabling the branch to cater for all our audiences' musical tastes. The branch provides around 600 participatory performances and workshops each year across a broad range of venues.

Since 2006 LMN Yorkshire & Lincolnshire has been working in partnership with the North Yorkshire Library and Information Service to develop a range of unique projects incorporating music and literature. The Musical Storytimes project provided early years groups access to live music in their local library, and future projects will support family learning and work with children 'at risk' throughout the county.

Future plans include the development of a project to create an integrated Singing and Signing Choir for special school and mainstream pupils in North Yorkshire, the delivery of 45 performances across Lincolnshire for adults with disabilities and a new project working with Age Concern Calderdale to provide older people attending their day centres with regular LMN performances during the winter months.
