LMN is organised through a network of nine branches covering the UK, with English branches in the Midlands, North East, North West, South West, Yorkshire/Lincolnshire and London/South East and national branches in Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
The charity's trustees, who take final responsibility for the general and financial well-being of the scheme, are the Board of Governors under the Chairmanship of Ian Stoutzker.
Each Governor is associated with a branch, and in turn, chairs the branch's advisory committee.
Each branch is run by a Director, who may have an Administrator or Assistant, or other secretarial or clerical help as appropriate.

LMN works with around 350 individual musicians in any one year, based all around the country.
