LMN offers unrivalled expertise in the fields of continual professional development for musicians working in community settings, and training provision for organisations or individual settings.

LMN Training runs a dual programme:

Our Training Programme provides support and training for musicians in music outreach skills, from their first contact with the organization (recruitment), through audition to their delivery of programmes.

LMN Training also offers training to external organisations (e.g. in education, healthcare or residential care) who want to develop their staff's skills in supporting and providing music activities. These programmes are designed in collaboration with clients and can be for any group.
