Bio

Ibou Tall is a jazz pianist and keyboard player combining African Rhythms with Jazz harmonies. ‘Senjazz’ or Senegalese influenced Jazz is a translation of Ibou’s Senegalese origins through the rhythms and melodies of Sénégal. For the last 10 years, Ibou has been gigging around the UK with his band ‘Ibou Tall and Jazzmates’ which mesmerises audiences with the sound of authentic African jazz. After 30 years of touring as a session musician and composer, Ibou is doing a film composition degree at the dBs University in Bristol.
