In December, Live Music Now NI were delighted to be able to stream engaging live music directly into 57 primary school classrooms across Derry, Antrim, Down, Tyrone, Armagh and Fermanagh through our first ‘Musical Monday’ in Northern Ireland.
Children were treated to lively and interactive Irish traditional music from the duo Conor Lamb and Deirdre Galway, hearing vocals and traditional instruments including the Uilleann Pipes.
Thank you to all the schools who took the time to tune in live and take part in the concert.

Our next ‘Musical Monday’ is coming up on Monday 19th January, where we’ll be joined by Cheylene Murphy and Ryan McGroarty, who together form the indie-pop band Beauty Sleep!
Once again, this concert is completely free to attend and open to mainstream primary schools across Northern Ireland, thanks to funding from the SPAR NI Community Cashback Programme.
