LMN appoints new North East Branch Director, Helen Mahoney

Live Music Now is pleased to announce the appointment of Helen Mahoney as Branch Director for the North East, a region that includes the North East, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the East Midlands.

For the past three years Helen has run her own arts management and consultancy business, Bloom Arts Management, focusing on fundraising, communications and project management. She has worked for a number of national music organisations including Drake Music and Opera North and is passionate about the transformative effects music and the arts can bring to individuals and communities.

In her spare time she produces cabaret shows and helps to run a parent and toddler group. Originally from South Wales, Helen has lived in North Yorkshire since 2005

Helen joins North East Assistant Director, Deborah Welch and Administrator Yvonne Barwick. The new branch offices are based in York. Please see their branch page for new contact details.
