As Scotland's national cultural agency, Creative Scotland is committed to improving the way it invests in the arts and creative industries in Scotland in order to effectively support a thriving creative future for Scotland.
As part of this commitment, the organisation is undertaking a series of comprehensive sector reviews with the aim of:
- providing an overview of the cultural ecology of each sector, the 'state of the nation'
- shaping future priorities for investment
- providing the basis for a more strategic approach to investment and commissioning, which may lead to the provision of new services
One of the reviews currently underway is concerned with music in Scotland, and a team of external consultants, led by EKOS, has been appointed to help in this process.
As part of the review process, there is a short online form that will allow you to input your views. The form is quick and easy to complete, but will be a very important part of this work. All responses will be anonymous and will be reported in aggregate form only so that no comments or views can be attributed to individuals or organisations.
