Cainc is a Welsh folk duo comprising of Llinos Emanuel (voice) and Twm Dylan (guitar). The pair met whilst studying a master’s degree in Jazz at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance where they became fast friends, bonding over a love of Welsh language music.
Having grown up in the Welsh speaking heartland of West Wales, the duo brings the history, humour and beauty of the Welsh traditional folk repertoire to audiences across the UK. You’ll come away from a performance with a big smile and hopefully have learned a bit of Welsh!
