Bio

Yorkshire soprano Suzi Saperia and Italian pianist Graziana Presicce met through Live Music Now and formed Duetto Florens through their shared passion for making music more accessible and inclusive for all. They have worked together as a performing duo across the Northeast performing a wide range of musical genres including classical, opera, folk, musical theatre and popular songs.

Suzi graduated from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama with an MMus in vocal studies and has gone on to enjoy a busy and varied career, performing across the UK as a soloist on both the concert and opera stage, as a member of numerous vocal ensembles broadcast on radio, tv and film, as well as performing for members of the Royal Family. Suzi is also in demand as a community music leader and choir conductor.

Graziana completed a scholarship-funded PhD in Music Performance at the University of Hull in 2020, following on from the completion of a Masters course with Distinction and after being awarded a First Class BA Music Degree, the Sir Thomas Beecham Music Scholarship and Special Prize in Music. She has been engaged as a concert pianist (Hull Philharmonic Orchestra), recital soloist, accompanist and répétiteur (Mahogany Opera).

‘A huge thank you for the concert at Castle Hill School, last week. The feedback from staff has been amazing, they were gushing with enthusiasm and praise about the experience. They felt the quality of the music was exceptional and the interaction with students was wonderful. Thank you so much for gifting this wonderful experience to our students.’ – Katrina Whale, Castle Hill School
