Lyric soprano Helen Lacey and pianist Stella Lorenz are a vocal/piano duo who love to bring song repertoire to audiences in unconventional ways, whether that be – location, form, or story.
Their unique and engaging style formed when studying together at The Royal Academy of Music. They share an urge for storytelling through poetry and song, showcasing music by contemporary and underrepresented composers. Recently, they performed at Blackheath Halls, Leeds Lieder Festival, the Copenhagen Lied-Duo Competition and were Young Artists with SongEasel for 2023.
