MADITRONIQUE is Welsh singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer Maddie Jones. Using a range of keyboards, synths and other equipment, and working through Ableton, she makes and performs electronic art pop. Influenced by a range of music from Bowie to jazz, and other artforms, her show is highly visual and engaging. Fun fact: Maddie made a recent song entirely from samples of peoples’ pets.
Maddie has been writing, recording and releasing music for 8+ years, but after moving through various styles, launched as MADITRONIQUE in 2018. Live shows have included Glastonbury and Boomtown Festivals, radio play includes BBC 6music and BBC Radio Wales, and she has twice won Best Solo Act at the Cardiff Music Awards.
