Merle Harbron (Fiddle, Voice) and Michael McLernon (Accordion, Percussion) are a folk duo with an extensive repertoire. Merle and Michael share a love of music for social dance, storytelling and regional heritage from their shared upbringing in the Scottish ceilidh tradition, and have allowed their musical wanderlust to expand their style to new horizons.
Merle has five years experience as an instrumental teacher and ten years performing. Michael has 20+ years performance experience, and has since gained a degree in Classical Music in 2020. He currently works as a private tutor, workshop facilitator & ceilidh caller.
