Filkin’s Drift: Celebrating the Welsh Landscape Through Song

Dydd Gwyl Dewi Hapus! This month, Live Music Now duo, Filkin’s Drift, commence the national tour of their latest album, ‘Glan’. Loosely translated as shore or being close to a body of water, the album was curated during the duo’s ambitious 870 mile walk of the Wales Coast Path, promoting the idea of sustainable touring.

“[T]he album combines tunes that were collected on the walk, new compositions inspired by the impressive landscapes, and music from [our] home traditions.”
