£22,390 – £24,500 pa (London Living Wage)

Live Music Now is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in the South East Branch.  The branch delivers over 700 events annually – working with schools, care homes, hospitals and other community settings in London and the South East.

This position is new and has been created to support our South East branch, and will be based in our London office in Somerset House. The position is permanent, 4 or 5 days per week.

The post holder will be line managed by the Project Manager and will work closely with the Project Manager and Branch Director.

The Project Coordinator will be involved in project and event management. Work will include liaising with venues and musicians, generating contracts, database management, researching funders, collating evaluation, compiling reports, supporting musician recruitment and branch marketing and communications.

While this position is an entry point into our organisation we would offer support for job development over time for anyone interested in career progression.
